By accessing our website at letmeinbeauty.com, booking an appointment, or receiving services from LetMein Beauty, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Appointments & bookings
Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Appointments may be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other guests.
Cancellations & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance through our hotline or online booking tools. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
VIP loyalty & rewards
VIP membership and reward points are subject to in-branch enrollment and program terms. Online sign-in (including social login) may sync with your VIP profile when your email matches our records. Discounts and points apply to qualifying services only and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise. Membership benefits are non-transferable. Remaining reward points, cash balance and vouchers are forfeited if you delete your account.
Treatments & consent
Certain treatments require a consultation and your informed consent. Results vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific aesthetic or clinical outcomes. Please disclose relevant health information, allergies, or injuries so our licensed team can recommend safe, suitable options. This information is kept confidential and used only to provide effective care.
Clinical & Doctor's Day services
Doctor's Day and other clinical aesthetic services are provided after consultation and informed consent. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Eligibility, suitability, and treatment plans are determined by our licensed professionals at the time of visit.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may change without prior notice. We accept cash, major cards, and e-wallets in-branch.
Your account & account deletion
You may delete your account yourself at any time from Login Settings on our website or in the app (how to delete your account). When you delete your account, all your service data will be deleted and any remaining reward points, cash balance and vouchers are forfeited. The email address of a deleted account can never be used to sign up again; to become a member again you must register with a different email. Your past payments, service history and appointments can no longer be viewed or recovered. Records we are required to keep by law are retained for the period required by law.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of LetMein Beauty and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LetMein Beauty is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, except where caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
