This Privacy Policy explains how LetMein Beauty (operated by LetMein Beauty Lounge) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our branches, use our website, or book our services. It also describes your rights under the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
We may collect your name, contact number, email, appointment preferences, and service history when you book or visit. With your consent, we may also keep before-and-after photos for treatment records and, where you agree, promotional use.
Your information is used to schedule and confirm appointments, personalize treatments, administer the VIP loyalty program and reward points, respond to enquiries, and improve our services and communications.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help operate our business (for example payment processors), or where required by Philippine law. Treatment photos are only used publicly with your explicit consent.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You may withdraw consent for promotional use of your photos at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account yourself at any time — see Deleting your account below.
You can delete your account yourself at any time on our website or in the LetMein Beauty app — you do not need to contact us. Sign in, open Login Settings, tap Delete account, enter your reason, and verify with your Google Authenticator code or the code we email you. The deletion is completed immediately.

LetMein Beauty uses Google APIs in two limited ways:
userinfo.email and userinfo.profile): when you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address and profile picture only to create and sign in to your LetMein Beauty account. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive, calendar or any other Google data.youtube.upload): an internal tool operated by our staff uploads short videos made from our own before-and-after treatment photos (published only with client consent) to our own company channel, youtube.com/@LetmeinBeauty. Only our staff account authorizes it. Customers and other users never connect their YouTube or Google accounts to this tool, and we do not read, collect or store any YouTube data about you.By watching our videos on YouTube you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
LetMein Beauty's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let humans read it except for security, legal compliance, or with your consent.
Google sign-in data is kept only while your account exists and is removed when you delete your account (see above). You can revoke LetMein Beauty's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, and we apply reasonable measures—including SSL encryption on our website—to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. When you delete your account, records we are required to keep by law are retained for the period required by law.
