Spend them in the Reward Shop on skincare and gifts, with pickup at your branch.
Open Reward ShopIllustration at the maximum rate. Actual rates vary by service and promotion.
Your beauty journey deserves more rewards. Membership is issued in-branch — it takes a few minutes.
Visit a branch
Drop by any LetMein Beauty branch and ask the front desk to enroll you as a VIP member.
Receive your card
Your loyalty card, VIP profile and welcome voucher book are issued on the spot.
Enjoy & earn
Present your card each visit — discounts apply instantly and points are added to your balance.
Bring someone you love
Members earn cash back every time the friend they introduced is treated with us — not once, but for as long as that friend keeps visiting.
Name them at the desk
When your friend registers in-branch, ask the front desk to record you as the person who introduced them. Only VIP card holders can be named.
They visit, you earn
Every time they pay for a service, your Cash Balance grows by the VIP discount rate on what they actually spent. Voucher value is not counted.
Spend it or cash it out
Use your Cash Balance to pay for treatments, or request a withdrawal and collect it at your branch. Withdrawals are arranged on a computer.
Earning continues for as long as your friend stays a standard member, and ends once they become a VIP themselves.
Promotions and vouchers that cannot be combined with the VIP discount are excluded.
