• Walk-in – visit any branch during operating hours

Note: Massage services online booking is for VIP members only. Non-members may book massage via phone or walk-in.

Yes. When making your appointment, please mention your preferred therapist in the memo/notes field. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request based on availability.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for most treatments, and 48–72 hours for clinical treatments (Pico Laser, RF Microneedling, 7D HIFU, etc.) to ensure therapist and room availability.

For same-day bookings, please call the branch directly to check availability.

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your booking priority. If you are running late, please inform us so we can best accommodate you.

• Do not pick, peel, or rub the healing skin
• Apply the provided aftercare ointment as instructed
• Avoid direct sun exposure on the brow area
• Do not apply makeup directly on the brows

Proper aftercare significantly affects color retention and healing quality.
