Account deletion

You can delete your LetMein Beauty account yourself at any time, on our website or in the LetMein Beauty app. You do not need to contact us, and the deletion is completed right away.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open My Account → Login Settings. In the app, open My Page → Login Settings.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Read the notice, tick the box to confirm, and enter the reason for leaving.
5. Verify it is you: enter the code from Google Authenticator if you use it, or the 6-digit code we send to your email.
6. Tap Delete my account. You will see a confirmation message and be signed out.

What happens when you delete your account

• All your service data will be deleted, your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.
• Your name, phone number, birthday, address and other profile details are removed.
• Your Google, Facebook and Apple sign-in connections and app notification settings are removed.
• This email address can never be used to sign up again. To join again, you must use a different email.
• Your past payments, service history, appointments, reward points, cash balance and vouchers can no longer be viewed and cannot be recovered.

Records we keep

Records we are required to keep by law are retained for the period required by law.
