We may collect your name, contact number, email, appointment preferences, and service history when you book or visit. With your consent, we may also keep before-and-after photos for treatment records and, where you agree, promotional use.
- Account and VIP membership information, including transaction and reward history.
- Social login information (Google, Facebook or Apple): name, email, and public profile details you authorize.
- Health-related information relevant to treatments (for example allergies, skin conditions, or treatment history), only with your explicit consent and for safe, appropriate care.
- Payment and technical data such as IP address and browser type when you use our website.
How we use your information
Your information is used to schedule and confirm appointments, personalize treatments, administer the VIP loyalty program and reward points, respond to enquiries, and improve our services and communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help operate our business (for example payment processors), or where required by Philippine law. Treatment photos are only used publicly with your explicit consent.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You may withdraw consent for promotional use of your photos at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account yourself at any time — see Deleting your account below.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time on our website or in the LetMein Beauty app — you do not need to contact us. Sign in, open Login Settings, tap Delete account, enter your reason, and verify with your Google Authenticator code or the code we email you. The deletion is completed immediately.
- All your service data will be deleted, your account is closed and you are signed out.
- Your name, phone number, birthday, address and other profile details are removed, together with your Google, Facebook and Apple sign-in connections and app notification settings.
- The email address of a deleted account can never be used to sign up again. To join again, you must use a different email.
- Your past payments, service history, appointments, reward points, cash balance and vouchers can no longer be viewed and cannot be recovered.
- Records we are required to keep by law are retained for the period required by law.
